1. Inspection Upon Delivery
Since we operate on a cash on delivery (COD) basis, please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery. If the package is damaged or the product is incorrect, please notify the delivery person immediately and contact us at [email protected].
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Items returned without prior approval or outside the return window will not be accepted.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Camilla Hikes will cover the return shipping costs.
For other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
